Induzmart Cancellation and Refund Policy

Induzmart believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • Induzmart does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
  • If you need to place a return or exchange request for an eligible product/item (as applicable), you must send us an email immediately with proper pictures of the damaged item.
  • We offer refunds or exchanges within 1 day from the date of your purchase. If 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, and (iii) if the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange. Furthermore, only items found defective or damaged will be replaced (based on an exchange request).
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after reviewing your complaint, will take appropriate action.
  • For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue to them directly.
  • You agree that certain categories of products/items may be exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified at the time of purchase. For accepted exchange or return requests (as applicable), once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned/exchanged product. If the product passes our quality check, your request (i.e., return or exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
  • In the case of any refunds approved by Induzmart, it will take 7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the customer's account after the date of approval.
